Kentucky Colleges Ditch Barnes & Noble for BibliU’s Digital Course Materials
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) has chosen BibliU to overhaul its campus store operations and course material delivery. This new partnership replaces a long-standing 20-year agreement with Barnes & Noble. The move aims to improve affordability and efficiency for over 110,000 students across the state.
The deal covers all 16 colleges and more than 70 campuses under KCTCS. Students will now receive course materials through BibliU Access, guaranteeing access on or before the first day of classes. The system will also integrate with the college’s learning management platform, simplifying the student experience.
The new partnership will roll out across all KCTCS institutions in the coming months. Students can expect faster access to materials and a more streamlined purchasing process. The agreement marks a major change in how course resources are delivered across Kentucky’s technical and community colleges.
