KazNMU Teams Dominate GxP-Fest 2024 with Groundbreaking Pharmacy Innovations

Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) has once again stood out at GxP-Fest, a major international event in pharmaceutical education. The university's teams secured top positions in multiple categories this year, reinforcing Kazakhstan's growing influence in the field. Their consistent success is now inspiring a new wave of pharmacy professionals.

In 2023, KazNMU made its mark when the student team XPLOSION claimed third place, while the faculty team took second. The following year, the university's performance improved further. At GxP-Fest 2024, the student team Pantone 682 pc won first place in the GxP quest, demonstrating their expertise in pharmaceutical standards and practices.

Two first-year master's students, Sergey Shvets and Musa Sultanbekov, also triumphed in the Digital Pharmacy of the Future hackathon. Their project earned the top spot, showcasing innovative approaches to modern pharmacy challenges. Meanwhile, Satour Abdul-Aziz and Mukhammadali Khodjametov secured third place with their AI-driven Risk Management System, highlighting the university's strength in technology and problem-solving.

KazNMU's repeated success over the past three years has placed it among the leading institutions at GxP-Fest. The event has become a platform for students to develop professional skills, build international connections, and engage in cutting-edge research. With preparations already underway, the university is now training its next cohort of high-achieving students for GxP-Fest 2025 in Moscow.
