Kazakhstan’s Tomorrow School project launches 24/7 education across regions
Kazakhstan is launching the Tomorrow School project across all its regions. The initiative, led by Astana Hub and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, will create schools operating around the clock. These new institutions will be based at local universities and open to residents everywhere in the country.
The Tomorrow School project will follow internationally recognised teaching methods. Its curriculum is built on globally approved educational frameworks. Four regions—including Akmola, Kostanay, Almaty, and Astana—have already completed preparations for the launch.
The remaining 15 regions are still working to secure the necessary computer equipment. However, no updates have been provided on the progress of these efforts. Alongside this project, Kazakhstan has also announced plans to establish a dedicated Artificial Intelligence University in the future.
The Tomorrow School initiative aims to provide continuous, high-quality education nationwide. With four regions fully ready, the programme is set to expand once the other areas finalise their technical preparations. The government’s broader push into modern education includes the upcoming AI-focused university as well.
