How School Psychologists Counsel Students in Hesse - Hesse's free video consultations help students beat exam stress this spring

Hesse's School Psychology Team is offering free video consultations for secondary school students this spring. The sessions will provide confidential advice on learning challenges, exam stress, and motivation. Students can also access one-on-one chats for personalized support during the meetings.

The initiative comes alongside the digital platform HeyCuramenta, which delivers age-appropriate health information and low-threshold assistance for young people.

The video consultations are scheduled for March 25 and April 29, running from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Each session takes place in a secure, private virtual room to ensure confidentiality. Students can join to discuss exam preparation, setting realistic study goals, or overcoming procrastination.

During the meetings, participants have the option to request individual chats for more tailored advice. The platform HeyCuramenta complements these sessions by offering reliable medical knowledge in a format designed for young audiences. Its content is easy to understand and directly relevant to their daily lives.

No details are available on whether other German states provide similar digital counselling services for students.

The consultations aim to give students practical tools for managing school-related stress and improving study habits. Both the video sessions and HeyCuramenta focus on accessibility, ensuring young people can find support in a familiar digital environment. Registration details and further information are expected to be released soon.
