Life's energy, in constant motion, is a crucial part of processing our experiences. You ever feel stuck or overwhelmed, but a friend tells you to snap out of it, and change your perspective? Though it seems like a straightforward solution, it ain't always that simple for many of us. Emotions and thoughts are deeply intertwined with us, often brewing beneath the surface and draining our power to see the changes we yearn for.
Even when we conjure heaps of positive thoughts, our energy remains sluggish, and negative emotions linger in the shadows. Yep, it's like the same ol' thoughts and feelings just repeating around and around without an exit in sight!
Effortlessness in Surrender
People often utter, "It's hard to let go," but little did they know, letting go is one of the easiest things we ever do. Just think about how much effort it takes to hold ourselves back. Releasing our grip allows us to tap into our innate potential to unlock the power to do the things we love.
Moving our energy helps create space for shedding depression, repression, and the struggle we feel. A good example is when we constrict our muscles and shallowly breathe, placing stress on our bodies and leaving us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable—a precursor to dis-ease, or what we commonly call "disease."
Giving it a Try, for Better Understanding:
Stretch out your arm in front of you.
Make a tight fist and squeeze it as hard as you can.
Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, tighten it even more...and don't let it go!
Pay attention to any discomfort you feel in your fist, arm, and the rest of your body.
How's your breathing? Does the rest of your body feel relaxed? Are you energized? How focused are you on the world around you? Is your mind clear and calm?
Continue holding it tight and think about the feeling of being uptight.
Then slowly start to loosen your grip...unclench your fist.
Is there any resistance in letting go? Is there any discomfort in releasing its tight hold?
Finally...
Let it go! Relax, and Shake it out!
Notice how wonderful it feels to let go and shake off the tension.

Whether it's dancing, vibrating, or expressing ourselves, these actions make it simpler for our thoughts, emotions, and actions to flow freely. - A sense of being in the flow of life, allowing us to envision and bring forth the bodily felt sense of our ideal lives and world.
Practicing Motion and Release Together:
Take a deep breath in, hold it for as long as you can, and hold it tight.
Now, tighten your entire body.
Wrap your arms around yourself and squeeze, squeeze, squeeze!
Keep holding, squeezing, and feeling the tension building up.
How joyful do you feel? What's the state of your thoughts? Do you sense a connection with others? How powerful do you feel? How much space do you have within yourself?
Notice how tight and rigid your body feels, like it's holding you back.
Finally, relax, let go, take a few deep breaths, and shake it out.
Shake, Vibrate, and Shake it all out!
