Halle's SWH Opens Doors to Future Careers at Parents' Evening 2026

Halle Municipal Utilities (SWH) is hosting an interactive Parents' Evening on March 19, 2026, for 10th graders and their families. The event will take place at the Training Workshop in Dieselstraße 141, Halle (Saale), from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Attendees can explore apprenticeship and dual-degree opportunities while hearing firsthand from current trainees and students.

The evening aims to give a realistic and practical view of careers within SWH Group. Short presentations are scheduled for 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, followed by a guided tour of the Training Workshop. Trainees and dual-degree students will discuss their experiences using model projects tailored to different stages of their education.

SWH promotes careers that combine purpose, teamwork, and a strong sense of community. Young talent joining the company benefits from personalised training, workshops, and diverse development programs. Modern technical equipment, health support, and social counselling are also provided to ensure a well-rounded experience.

The event is free to attend, but registration is required by March 16, 2026. Interested participants can sign up via email at [email protected]. More details on the range of apprenticeships and dual-degree courses—spanning technical and energy-related fields—are available at www.karriere.swh.de.

SWH's programs offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and a balanced work-life approach. The company's focus on utilities, including energy, water, and transport, suggests opportunities in hands-on and technical roles.

The Parents' Evening provides a chance for students and families to learn about SWH's career paths in a direct and engaging way. With free admission and a structured program, attendees can gather practical insights before making decisions about future training or education. Further information remains available online for those unable to attend.
