Grozny forum bridges vocational training and real estate career demands

A recent youth forum in Grozny brought together students and experts from 81 Russian regions under the Professionalitet project. Among them was Igor Yedifanov, a student from the Magadan Regional State Autonomous Vocational College 'Mining Technical School', who described the event as a 'real breakthrough' for his real estate career. The forum aimed to connect vocational training with the real-world needs of the labour market while fostering collaboration across the country.

The Professionalitet federal project focuses on aligning vocational education with real-world job demands. The Magadan Region has actively joined this initiative to train skilled realtors for its key industries.

The forum in Grozny provided a platform for students and mentors to exchange ideas and strengthen vocational training. Participants left with new skills, professional contacts, and a clearer understanding of real estate industry needs. The Magadan Region’s involvement in Professionalitet continues to support its goal of producing highly qualified realtors for local economic growth.
