Graphnet & Luscii Launch UK's Most Advanced Remote Monitoring Platform for NHS

Graphnet Health and Luscii have joined forces to launch Graphnet Remote Monitoring (Graphnet RM), the UK's most advanced remote monitoring platform. This partnership aims to support the NHS in managing exponential growth in remote monitoring services and achieving its long-term goals.

The new platform, embedded in 20 NHS Integrated Care Systems serving 17 million people, combines Population Health, Shared Care Records, and Remote Monitoring. It enables the NHS to identify patients suitable for remote monitoring and deliver proactive out-of-hospital care.

Graphnet RM has already delivered remote monitoring to over 75,000 NHS patients and over 400,000 across Europe, with over 60 million patient days monitored. The platform is now available for use by nurses and doctors to treat patients remotely through an app and advanced algorithms.

Jonathan Lewis, MD of Luscii UK, highlighted the strength of the partnership in transforming the end-to-end service for clinicians and patients. Markus Bolton, Joint CEO of Graphnet, echoed this, stating that remote monitoring is a key aspect of NHS reforms and consolidating product sets and customer bases makes sense. Sharon Boundy, Director of Transformation and Digital, NHS Frimley ICB, has also expressed support for the development of the merged solution.

The integration of Luscii's patient-facing technology with Graphnet's system-wide expertise is expected to support the NHS through the coming winter and beyond. By combining their capabilities, Graphnet Health and Luscii aim to deliver exponential growth in remote monitoring services, supporting the NHS Long Term Plan.
