Gifhorn's Easter Holiday Fun 2026 Packs 33 Exciting Kids' Activities
Gifhorn's Easter Holiday Fun program returns in 2026 with a packed schedule for young people. Running from March 23 to April 7, the event offers 33 activities and over 200 places for participants. Registration opens on February 23, with spots assigned by lottery on March 9.
The two-week program includes a mix of workshops, performances, and outings. A children's theatre show, Mr. Hare and Mrs. Bear, will take place at the FBZ Grille on April 1 at 4:00 PM. Other highlights feature a first-aid course for kids, a bike repair workshop, and a bowling session.
For those interested in animals, a visit to the Gifhorn Rescue Dog Unit and a trip to the Otter Center in Hankensbüttel are on offer. Sports fans can join a boxing workshop led by German champion Nick Bier, while music lovers can take part in a band lab. Additionally, a Youth Group Leader Certification Course (JuLeiCa) will run from March 23 to 28 in Hildesheim.
Spots for the activities will be allocated through a lottery on March 9. The program aims to provide a variety of engaging kids activities during the Easter break. Full details and registration will be available from February 23.
