Future plc has reorganised its business-to-business (B2B) division, with Amanda Darman-Allen, senior vice president and managing director of B2B, leading the change. Notably, a recent videoconference saw an all-women team, reflecting the division's diverse leadership.

The reorganisation follows the acquisition of ActualTech Media, a content and demand generation company with a strong IT leader audience. Future aims to create stronger synergies between ActualTech Media and other acquired groups, such as SmartBrief. The goal is to leverage each company's strengths to better serve their clients.

Carmel King, Future's vice president and global head of content, B2B, urged newcomers to embrace change. She advised, 'Don't get stuck in 'usetoville'.' King and Darman-Allen are among several inspiring women leading the B2B division. Women comprise approximately 52 percent of the B2B team, mirroring the overall company's gender balance.
