Future Business Leaders Train in AI-Enabled Management at iFEEL-IIM Ranchi Programme
A four-day immersion programme on AI-Enabled Management took place in early February 2026. Organised by iFEEL Pune in partnership with IIM Ranchi, the event focused on AI's role in modern business. It was designed exclusively for PGDM students seeking expertise in AI-driven management strategies.
The programme ran from 2nd to 5th February 2026. Faculty from IIM Ranchi led sessions covering AI applications in survey research, sentiment analysis, and financial analytics. Other topics included HR management, innovation, data forecasting, and AI-powered leadership.
Dr. Radha Yadav, Programme Director at IIM Ranchi, oversaw the academic structure and delivery. Dr. Amit Sachan, Dean of Executive Education at the same institution, spoke to participants about AI's impact on decision-making, productivity, and industry competition.
At the closing ceremony, certificates were awarded to all attendees. Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe, Director of iFEEL, addressed the group, emphasising AI's influence on future business leadership and entrepreneurship.
The event provided PGDM students with practical and strategic AI training across key management areas. Sessions were led by experienced faculty, ensuring a focus on real-world applications. The programme concluded with formal recognition for participants, though the total number of attendees remains undisclosed.
