An economic dialogue event focused on purpose-driven leadership will occur on Thursday, February 5, at 5:30 PM. The session, titled 'Purpose-Driven Digital Leadership & Employee Retention That Pays Off – Real-World Corporate Examples', aims to assist businesses in enhancing talent retention and performance. Organizers have invited SMEs and companies grappling with skilled labour shortages or strategic changes to attend.

The event will take place in the Small Council Chamber on the 4th floor of St. Ingbert Town Hall, located at Am Markt 12. Admission is complimentary, but registration is mandatory by February 2. Interested participants can sign up by calling 06894/13-732 or emailing wirtschaftsfoerderung@[website].

The keynote speaker is Prof. Dr. habil. Markus Grottke, a specialist in digital business and leadership qualities. He teaches at AKAD University Stuttgart and the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, concentrating on digital transformation, agile leadership, and change management. His session will employ practical case studies to demonstrate how purpose-driven leadership can be implemented in daily operations. They aspire to equip businesses with practical strategies for retaining employees and adapting to market demands.

The dialogue presents an opportunity for local businesses to learn from real-world examples of successful leadership. Companies experiencing high turnover or strategic shifts can explore new approaches at no cost. Registration closes on February 2, with a limited number of seats available.
