The two-story structure, covering approximately 725 square meters, will have a long-term lease agreement of 25 years, extendable twice by five years each. The kindergarten will also have five parking spaces.
The "Green" quarter offers 167 parking spaces in the underground garage, ensuring ample parking for residents. The sale of the apartments began in 2022, with the completion of the entire project scheduled for the year 2025.
