Firefighter Marat Nazipov dies in Nizhnekamsk chemical plant explosion

A deadly explosion at a chemical plant in Nizhnekamsk has claimed the life of firefighter Marat Nazipov. The 23-year-old had been working at the scene when the blast occurred. Dozens more were injured, with 68 seeking medical help and 21 hospitalised. Before joining the fire service, Nazipov served in the navy.
