Eighth-Graders Triumph in Regional 'Best Cossack Class' Contest

A team of eighth-graders from Classroom 8-K at School No. 61 in Krasnodar have triumphed in the regional contest 'Best Cossack Class'. Led by teacher Irina Krapivina, the students showcased their deep understanding and respect for Kuban Cossack history, culture, and traditions. The competition, held in Krymsk, required the students to defend a research project on Kuban Cossacks, perform a traditional Cossack ritual, and participate in folk games. Their victory was the result of extensive teamwork and a genuine passion for their homeland's history, as expressed by Principal Yelena Zhirma. Teacher Irina Krapivina played a pivotal role in preparing the students for the contest, ensuring they were well-versed in the rich cultural heritage of the Kuban Cossacks. The winning team from School No. 61 in Krasnodar has not only demonstrated their academic prowess but also their profound respect and appreciation for their region's cultural heritage. Their success is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the supportive guidance of their teacher and principal.
