Dustin Martin's DRIP app merges elite fitness with mindfulness coaching

Richmond Football Club star Dustin Martin has launched a new fitness and wellness app called DRIP. Available now on the App Store, the platform combines workouts, mindfulness, and personal training in one place. Users can start with a free three-day trial before choosing a subscription plan. DRIP offers a wide range of activities, from HIIT and strength training to yoga, pilates, and meditation. The app also includes energy coaching to help users reach peak performance. Martin himself has contributed 80% of the programs, ensuring a hands-on approach to the content.

The workouts are customisable and designed by elite sports scientists and world-class trainers. Martin worked with a team of fitness, sport, and wellness experts to build the training programmes. Beyond physical exercise, the app provides mindfulness sessions and personal coaching. DRIP was developed by the creators of the soccer training app *On The Ball Global*, along with Martin's manager. Subscription plans start at AU$24.99 per month after the initial free trial.

The app is now free to download, giving users immediate access to a mix of fitness and wellness tools. With Martin's direct involvement, DRIP aims to support both athletic performance and mental wellbeing. The platform is positioned as a one-stop solution for training, recovery, and mindfulness.
