Remuneration
The apprenticeship offers attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement. The remuneration for the first year is 1,343.20 Euro gross, rising to 1,389.02 Euro gross in the second year, and 1,452.59 Euro gross in the third year. Additionally, apprentices are entitled to a year-end bonus and a company pension scheme of 40.00 Euro per month.
Training and Education
Theory is taught at a vocational school, with practical training complemented by an internal training program. This comprehensive approach ensures a deep insight into the financial world and the processing of banking transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
As a bank clerk, you will be in direct contact with private and corporate clients, answering money-related questions and offering tailored financial solutions.
