Cyprus violinist wins full scholarship to elite Apple Hill music program

Christos Pelitiades, leader of the Apple Hill String Quartet, has earned a full scholarship to attend the Summer Academy of the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music in New Hampshire, USA. The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra has publicly congratulated him on this achievement.

The scholarship will allow Pelitiades to participate in the 2024 Summer Program, a prestigious opportunity for musicians. His success has drawn recognition from both his teacher, Nikos Ioannou, and the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra.

The Apple Hill String Quartet, along with George Georgiou, has also been acknowledged for their support in Pelitiades' development.
