Contestants in the program "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" unveiled their projects to Aysen Nikolaev
In the heart of Siberia, the Republic of Yakutia is making strides towards a brighter future. Aisen Nikolayev, the head of the republic, has spearheaded the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program, a key project in shaping a new management culture. This initiative, a regional continuation of the federal project "Time of Heroes," launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is anticipated to bring real benefits to the republic.
The program is designed to create conditions for independent work and earnings for the people in the regions. It provides opportunities for professional growth and career development for individuals who have demonstrated their abilities in challenging conditions while serving the country's interests. The participants, young specialists and trainees, are assigned to undertake tasks and projects in local self-government bodies and state structures across 15 districts and city districts of the Republic of Yakutia.
From September 23 to October 22, these participants will undergo internships. This stage requires maximum responsibility as the participants are being closely watched. They are learning not only for themselves but also for those young people who unfortunately are no longer with us, implying a sense of responsibility for fallen comrades.
The cadets, who have undergone a tough school of life on the front lines, are now ready to direct their knowledge, discipline, and character into constructive channels. Many of the projects presented within the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program are aimed at achieving this goal. These projects span various fields, including modernizing the Emergency Service, improving northern supplies, deep coal processing, and restoring cultural heritage objects.
Aisen Nikolayev emphasized the importance of using the region's resources effectively. He stated that the goal is to create conditions for independent work and earnings for the people in the regions. All these initiatives are unified by responsibility and loyalty to duty. The program involves working with teachers, specialists, federal moderators, regional speakers, and members of the republic's government.
The success of some projects is confidently anticipated, and their experience and energy are expected to bring real benefit to the republic. As the internship stage comes to a close, the future of Yakutia looks promising, with these young heroes ready to contribute to the development of their homeland.
