In a grand celebration held at the CongressCentrum Pforzheim (CCP), Pforzheim University's Faculties of Technology, Business, and Law hosted their 18th LAUDATIO graduation ceremony. Approximately 496 graduates from a total of 22 Bachelor and 16 Master programs celebrated their achievements in front of an audience of around 1500 guests [1].

The event, themed "Education, Decorum, and Humor are Your Magic Keys to Your Own Future," was musically accompanied by the band "Miss Kavila." Dr. Markus-Oliver Schwaab and Professor Dr.-Ing. Henning Hinderer moderated the ceremony, guiding the proceedings smoothly [2].

In his festive speech, Dr.-Ing. Rainer Draht, Professor of Mechatronic System Development at Pforzheim University, emphasized the importance of education, decorum, and humor in the graduates' future endeavors. He also presented the graduates with an exclusive university pin, not available for purchase in this form [3].

Professor Dr. Ulrich Jautz, Rector of Pforzheim University, welcomed the guests and encouraged the graduates to consider employment opportunities in regional SMEs. He highlighted the outstanding job market opportunities for the graduates, facilitated by cooperative ties with businesses in the North Black Forest, Kraichgau, and Enz districts [1].

For graduates from the Business Faculty, the practical and networking support received during their studies enhances their employability in the local economic landscape, including the automotive supply, engineering, service, and financial sectors prominent within these districts [1].

Technology graduates can find roles in companies around Karlsruhe and Pforzheim regions, with opportunities in engineering fields like electronic measurement, software development, and industrial projects [2]. Law graduates benefit from the region’s business climate, which requires legal expertise, especially in corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts [1].

The proximity to economic hubs, such as Karlsruhe, with active job portals offering student jobs, internships, and permanent positions, supports these graduates’ entrance into fields like engineering, IT, and business roles [2]. Additionally, many companies, while not limited to the exact districts named, have international connections, offering specialized roles that may attract graduates in business or law focusing on international markets and supply chains [3].

The evening ended on a relaxed note with a champagne reception, marking the end of a memorable day for the graduates. As they embark on their new journeys, they carry with them the magic keys of education, decorum, and humor, ready to unlock the exciting career opportunities that await them in the North Black Forest, Kraichgau, and Enz districts.
