Chittagong University (CU) and Area 71 Academy jointly hosted the Borderless Career Summit and Starlink Launching 2025 on Monday. The event took place at the social sciences faculty auditorium, bringing together university officials, students, and IT experts to discuss career development and digital opportunities.

The summit began with a welcome speech by Ashiqur Rahman Ashiq, founder of Voice of Students and an active contributor to Bangla Wikipedia. He set the tone for discussions on IT skills, outsourcing, and the benefits of Starlink’s internet services for students.

The summit aimed to equip CU students with better IT skills and awareness of outsourcing opportunities. With Starlink’s launch, organisers expect improved internet access to support learning and professional development. The collaboration between the university and Area 71 Academy marks a step toward expanding digital resources for students.
