Candidates' Showdown at Reutlingen Police Headquarters; Political Events Unfold at Night
The Baden-Württemberg State Police is hosting a recruitment event on October 2, 2025, at two venues: Nürtingen police station in the Esslingen district and Albstadt police station in the Zollernalb district. This event is an opportunity for young people and career changers to learn more about training and studying at the Baden-Württemberg State Police.
The event will run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at both locations. Attendees can expect to meet officers from various organizational units such as the police dog unit, criminal police, criminal technology, traffic police, and patrol duty.
In 2025, the Baden-Württemberg State Police filled around 1,200 new positions, including training places for the middle police service and study places for the higher police service. A similarly high recruitment figure is expected in 2026.
