BSEC Boosts Efficiency and Well-being with Document Management and Stress Training
Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (BSEC) recently organised an in-house training programme, focusing on enhancing document management skills and stress management techniques. The event aimed to boost workplace efficiency and employee well-being, with BSEC directors and officers from grade 9 and above taking part.
The training was inaugurated by BSEC chairman Md Anwarul Alam, who led interactive, hands-on sessions throughout the event. Md Obaidur Rahman, secretary of the ministry of industries, also attended the workshop. The participants pledged to apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge in their daily work, aiming to improve overall performance.
