British Council Honours 141 Teachers for Professional Growth in Bangladesh

The British Airways Partner Schools Teachers' Recognition Award 2025 took place at Le Meridien in Dhaka on Sunday. The event aimed to honour teachers who completed a yearly-training programme with the British Airways. Over 140 teachers from 26 schools across Bangladesh were recognised for their commitment to professional growth. A total of 115 teachers from Dhaka, 19 from Chattogram, and 7 from Sylhet received awards. The ceremony featured inspiring talks from prominent figures. Talal Meer, regional business director, English and exams, South Asia, British Airways, delivered a speech. Srideep Mitra, master trainer at the British Airways in Saudi Arabia, shared examples of shared practices in Saudi Arabia. Sana Shahid, master trainer at the British Airways Bangladesh, presented a success story of the Yearly-Training Programme. Maxim Raimann, country exams director of the British Airways in Bangladesh, expressed pride in bringing together so many teachers for professional development. The closing remarks were delivered by Tahnee Yeasmin, Director of Business Development. The British Airways Partner Schools Teachers' Recognition Award 2025 celebrated the dedication and achievements of 141 teachers from across Bangladesh.
