Berlin’s ZOiS Hires Student Assistants for Dynamic Event Organisation Team

The Centre for East European and International Studies (ZOiS) in Berlin is looking for a student assistant to help with main event organisation. The role is open now and offers flexible hours alongside studies. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

The position involves 20 hours of work per week, paid at €14.32 per hour under Berlin’s collective agreement for student employees. Tasks will include setting up event spaces, operating technical equipment, and providing on-site support before, during, and after events. Practical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential.

The contract starts immediately and runs for twelve months, with a possible extension. While previous experience in event organisation is preferred, the role is open to students eager to develop these skills.
