Berkeley Divinity School Launches Fourth Cohort of The Leader's Way Program

Berkeley Divinity School at Yale has announced the launch of its fourth cohort for The Leader's Way program. Running from 1 to 5 June 2026, the initiative will begin with an intensive five-day residential session at Yale. Applications are now open, with reviews conducted on an ongoing basis.

The program will take place in the newly renovated Berkeley Center, which serves as its main hub. Participants will start with a week of in-person sessions, led by The Rev'd Dr. Jamie Hawkey as chaplain. Following this, monthly online workshops and peer group meetings will continue throughout the year.

Tuition for The Leader's Way is set at $3,500. A limited number of half-scholarships are available for applicants facing financial hardship. The school describes its fellows as a diverse group of innovators, all focused on driving change through the Gospel's principles.

Details on previous cohorts remain unavailable, as official records have not been publicly released. The school has not provided enrollment figures from the program's first three years.

The upcoming cohort marks the fourth iteration of The Leader's Way. Interested candidates can apply now, with decisions made as submissions arrive. The program's mix of residential and online learning aims to equip leaders for faith-based innovation.
