In the spirit of giving and making a difference, the Win4Youth campaign, launched by the Swiss watch brand Maurice Lacroix, continued its mission to support children and youth worldwide in 2014. This year marked the fifth consecutive year of the sports events held across various countries.

The campaign supported several foundations operating in Argentina, Cambodia, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. Each foundation runs unique programs and initiatives aimed at education, social integration, and improving living conditions for children and young people.

In Argentina, the Fundación Natalí Dafne Flexer focuses on supporting children and adolescents affected by cancer. They provide emotional, social, and psychological assistance to patients and their families, aiming to improve their quality of life during treatment.

Cambodia's Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC) provides free medical and surgical treatment to children and adults with disabilities and deformities caused by congenital defects, accidents, or diseases. The centre emphasizes rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Fondazione Somaschi ONLUS in Italy offers social services including education, vocational training, and housing for disadvantaged children and youth. Their goal is to promote social inclusion and development.

Fundacja Mam Marzenie (Make-A-Wish Foundation Poland) grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions, aiming to bring joy and hope during difficult times. They focus on emotional support and raising awareness about childhood illness.

Associação Portuguesa de Paralisia Cerebral (APPC) provides assistance to individuals with cerebral palsy, including therapy, education, and social integration programs. They work to enhance independence and quality of life for children and adults.

The Polska Fundacja Dzieci I Młodzieży foundation supports disadvantaged children and youth, helping them to successfully enter the job market. They also aid in creating a youth-friendly environment in local communities.

Friends-International in Cambodia works with marginalized urban children and youth, offering them shelter, protection, and opportunities to become productive citizens. The foundation provides support to teachers, parents, and local organizations in developing youngsters.

A Portuguese foundation, Ajuda de Mãe, offers guidance to teenage mothers to help them care for their children and prevent future unwanted pregnancies. They also support teenage mothers in obtaining an education and qualifications to enter the workforce and provide for their babies.

The sports events organized by the company, called Win4Youth, will be held for the fifth year in a row across various countries. This year, seventy Win4Youth ambassadors will participate in a cycling event on the Col du Tourmalet in the French Pyrenees.

For those interested in learning more about each program or the impact results from 2014, detailed information can be found in Win4Youth’s official reports or the individual foundations’ publications for that year.
